Shipping: All orders will be processed within 24-48 hours after it is placed. More time will be needed if the order is placed during weekend, please expect longer processing time. All shipping cost is non refundable. Shipping via USPS is not covered by insurrance. If buyer requires special handling of order such as expedite shipping and special packaging request, please contact us via the online form.
Return:Please save all the packaging and accessories for the items that are returned to us. Physically damaged item cannot be returned. Products sold at our website are covered with 14 days return policy from the invoice date. All return products must be in new and resellable condition. Grease on the heatshink must be undisturbed. If the products are used, there will be a 30% restocking fee. Shipping fee will not be refunded and the condition of the items will be inspected when received. All products are eligible for replacement via RMA within 30 days of invoice date only if the items are defective. All returns or replacements are to be shipped by buyer and the postage is paid for by buyer. We are not responsible for any package lost in the process shipping to us.
RMA:Products sold under 30 days are eligible for replacement via RMA. Customer is responsible to contact us via email to request a RMA to be initiated. Please provide order number and item models you would to be replaced. An RMA number will be sent to customer after verification of product eligibility.
